Let us take the hassle out of renting your property, we can prepare and clean your property for the next rental.

Below is listed what is included in the holiday let clean:

     Kitchen/Utility Room Clean: Clear all rubbish and left over food, empty fridge, remove from property. Wash/dry and put away any dirty plates/cutlery etc. Wipe the worktops, splash backs and cupboards. Clean the kitchen/utility equipment including hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

     Bathrooms Clean: Pick up all towels (Laundry service is available if required). Clean bath, shower, sink, toilet (Disinfect toilet) and bidet. Wipe bathroom furniture, bathroom surfaces and mirrors.

     Bedrooms Clean: Remove all bed linen from beds and make up the beds. (Laundry service is available if required). Polish the wardrobes and other furniture. Clean under the beds.

     Lounge/Dinning Room: Polish furniture, pictures and ornaments etc. Wipe marks from patio doors.

     Floors: Sweep or hoover the floor and then wash the floor. Hoover any carpets/rugs.

     Terraces: Clean the patio furniture (when needed). Sweep small terraces (large terraces by request at an additional cost).

     Windows & Patio Doors: Clean any grease/finger marks from patio doors and accessible windows. Full window clean is not included and on request will be done at an additional cost.
